ELIGIBILITY
Permadeck™ Limited (hereinafter “Permadeck™”) is pleased to extend this warranty to you, the original consumer of the Permadeck Latitudes product. This warranty is valid for Latitudes Decking used in standard residential dwellings and may not be assigned or transferred by you.
TWENTY YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Permadeck™, at its option, will refund a percentage of the purchase price or replace any Latitudes Decking that splinters, corrodes or becomes structurally unfit due to rot, split, warp, cupping or damage caused by insects or fungal decay within 20 yrs from date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover costs of installation, removal or reinstallation. This warranty does not cover staining colour variations or fading. Permadeck’s™ sole obligation is limited to replacement of the Latitudes product and Permadeck™ shall have no further liability or obligation except as expressly stated herein. Permadeck™ may elect to refund the percentage of the original purchase price listed on the prorated Warranty Schedule in lieu of replacing the product.
LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY
This warranty does not apply to any product that:
- Is damaged by physical abuse, acts of God, acts of war or other chemical or biological factors.
- Has not been installed in accordance with Permadeck’s™ installation guidelines and local building codes.
- Has been abused or placed under or subjected to abnormal residential use conditions.
- Has been used, modified or otherwise treated in any manner other than as intended by Permadeck™.
Failure to follow any restrictions or warnings supplied with the product shall make this warranty Null and void and of no further effect. Permadeck™ reserves the right to investigate any claim and to inspect the materials for which a claim is made. Any construction or use of this product must be in accordance with all local building codes. The consumer assumes all risk and liability associated with the use of this product. The consumer or contractor should take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the project, including, but not limited to, wearing the appropriate safety equipment.
Permadeck™ shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or ownership of this product. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights covered by consumer law.
Claim Procedure
To make a claim under this warranty to receive replacement product, the original owner must, within 90 days of actual or constructive notice of damage covered by this warranty, provide a description of the claimed defect and proof of purchase, to the following address: Permadeck™ Limited, 11 Maru Street, Mt.Maunganui, Tauranga.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF WARRANTOR DOES NOT MAKE ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF THE PRODUCT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
